กรณีสินค้าชำรุด เสียหาย หรือได้รับสินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อ ท่านสามารถคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า

หากท่านสั่งซื้อสินค้าหลายรายการใน 1 คำสั่งซื้อและรับพัสดุที่แตกต่างกันที่ เวลาที่แตกต่างกัน ระยะเวลาการคืนสินค้าเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่คุณได้รับพัสดุชิ้นสุดท้าย

เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้ามีดังนี้:

In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

If you order multiple items in one order and receive them at different times, the return period starts from the day you receive the last item.

Conditions for Returns:- You can return damaged or defective items, and we can only exchange the size of the product.
- The products must not have been used, must not show signs of wear or damage, and must be in their original packaging with attached tags.
- Free gift items or promotional items cannot be refunded.

After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will contact you to confirm whether the return is approved or rejected. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
